Finally, a Sales Force Automation application that Pharmaceutical Sales Reps and Sales Managers can agree on! PharmalogixTM is designed for ease of use, to enhance productivity and to remove the more tedious aggravations in the Pharma Rep's daily routine.
PharmaLogixTM is feature rich with functionality that is centered on the things most important in a Pharma Rep's job. It combines the strengths of SalesLogix world class Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software with our 15 years of experience in delivering custom tailored Sales Force and Call Center Solutions.
Whether the sales rep's focus is calling on individual doctors, groups of doctors in clinics, hospitals or pharmacies and outlets, PharmaLogixTM addresses all areas thoroughly, while allowing the rep to adjust their application views to suit their own individual territory needs and preferences - the best of both worlds!
The use of SalesLogix powerful "Groups" capability is key in allowing Sales Reps and Sales Managers alike to "target" those areas in their territories that will best achieve the corporate growth objectives.
PharmaLogixTM includes careful consideration for the special field based data needs of the Pharmaceutical company, as well as provision for the import of external market data by product for both prescription and outlet based data, as provided by companies like IMS. Recording of doctor call data, including products detailed, literature and samples left is made easy with PharmaLogixTM custom call entry capabilities. Sales reps can further optimize their territory planning through their ability to enter their own "bet times to call on doctors" information and "call types" along with multiple alternate addresses for each doctor if required.
The Custom Event module gives both Sales Reps and Sales Managers the ability to easily manage the complete CHE/CME process, from creating initial plans and budgets for the year or quarter, to the approval of those plans. Invitation to doctors and speakers via phone, fax, e-mail or letter, as well as the management of the attendance confirmation process is also addressed. When final actual expenses for an event are known, they can be easily added to the initial budget figures to provide full variance and expenditure reporting for CHE's/CME's.
