This course introduces the SalesLogix Client to new users and provides the skills necessary to use SalesLogix to support their daily tasks.

Participants will learn how to:

Navigate the SalesLogix Client workspace
Enter and manage account, contact, and sales opportunity details
Schedule and manage activities
Manage marketing campaigns
Use advanced search techniques to create and share groups
Perform mail merge and create templates
Access library items and reports

Introduction to Crystal Reports Introduction - 2 day

August 24-25, 2005
September 21-22, 2005

Learn how to generate presentation quality reports and directly access and analyze business information through the use of formulas, linking and formatting.

Participants will learn how to:

Create customized reports
Write basic formulas
Use various types of joins for greater reporting insights

Day two is Lab format working on your specific database either SalesLogix or MAS90/MAS200
